Inspiring people to embrace who they are and redefine what is possible
"Aadi's speech had me feeling like I was in New York with him. I felt the emotion of him not being able to see and finding his way to Times Square. I saw the little girl and her bravery at trying new things and never being afraid. A strong message delivered with authenticity and feeling. Thank you Aadi — you are remarkable and so very real.""
If you'd told me a few years ago that I'd be travelling solo across the world, running marathons, learning to surf, and speaking on stages, I probably would've laughed.
I'm legally blind, and for most of my life, I believed my blindness defined what I was capable of. I became an expert at hiding it, avoiding uncertainty, and convincing myself that adventure was something other people got to have.
Then a fearless six-year-old blind girl completely changed the way I saw myself. She made me realise that my biggest limitation wasn't my blindness. It was the story I'd been telling myself about it.
Today, I'm the founder of the Blind To Limits movement, a three-time finalist in the Next Top Speaker Tournament, and an international award-winning speaker who's shared the stage with speakers like Russell Brunson and Kaley Chu. Through my keynotes, I help people challenge the stories that hold them back, embrace vulnerability, and discover what becomes possible when they stop letting fear make their decisions.
When I'm not speaking, you'll usually find me planning my next adventure, performing improv, playing blind soccer, or saying yes to something that feels just outside my comfort zone. After all, that's where the best stories tend to begin.

Through stories of navigating life as a blind person, finding his inner compass, and even being guided by a six-year-old girl, Addie offered profound insights into identity, resilience, and self-trust. His storytelling was exceptional—engaging, heartfelt, and woven together with moments of humour that had the audience laughing while reflecting deeply on their own lives. One particularly memorable moment was when he broke into song during a story about a trip to New York. It was unexpected, joyful, and instantly lifted the energy in the room. This ability to balance professionalism with warmth and lightness is what makes Addie such a compelling speaker.
Aadityaa's speech was incredibly powerful and deeply resonated with me. He masterfully shared his personal journey of overcoming fear and self-doubt related to his blindness, illustrating how a simple shift in perception, viewing his cane as a compass rather than a crutch, revolutionized his independence.
The speech was engaging, had great clarity. Aadityas story was inspirational. It made me rethink the definition of vulnerability and the importance of owning your life unapologetically. The goal is to take one step at a time and own your story. There's no shame in accepting help. Thank you for this great message.
I loved Aadityaa speech because it was a powerful reminder that we must be honest about who we truly are. Too often, we believe we need to be perfect before we can move forward, but Aadityaa showed me that authenticity matters far more than perfection. One message that really stayed with me, was that you don't have to be perfect, you just have to be yourself. That simple idea felt both freeing and empowering.
I love the intensity of the story Aadityaa shares, and the way he turns pain to power across the length of the presentation.
Adi took us on a journey of despair which turned into hope from the most unexpected circumstances. When you are in that moment of darkness — step out by taking small steps and tracking your wins. It was a highly engaging and entertaining talk.

Your reframe of the cane from a crutch to a compass is something I will carry with me. This wasn't just your story — it became a mirror for mine. It made me realise that even with the ability to see, I often hold myself back because of fear. Sometimes the real limitation is not what we lack, but what we believe. Thank you for inspiring me to step forward, even when I'm afraid.
Powerful, impactful, thought-provoking speech. I was with you in the tuk-tuk. Love the twist at the end.
